Doors:

PROBABLE CAUSES:
Most of the above problems are caused by drainage or
soil stability issues. These issues are typically difficult to detect and diagnose.
ONLY a LICENSED ENGINEER (Civil, Structural or Geotechnical) can perform
inspection of these issues. Licensed contractors (general or engineering) of ANY classification CANNOT
