Ken Staats is the
Principal Engineer of the Company and oversees all design and contracting activities. He is a Licensed Civil Engineer and
Licensed Engineering and Well Drilling Contractor. Ken also is an expert witness for construction defect, non disclosure
and standard of care issues for structural drainage, seismic, retaining wall and soil stability.
