From inception, we have developed a strong culture that emphasizes traditional and state-of-the-art technical ability, emphasizing seismic retrofit engineering and construction. Our seismic services include inspections, report of findings, and recommendation and proposal for design and construction. We work with our clients from problem analysis to design, permit acquisition and construction.

ANALYSIS
When we perform a seismic analysis, we use current technology and historic data on the seismic performance of buildings in earthquakes. When we perform a seismic upgrade or retrofit, we focus on your needs and acceptable safety levels. Our company performs expert seismic evaluations and develops seismic retrofit solutions that fit your budget and performance objective.

ONLY a LICENSED ENGINEER (Civil, Structural or Geotechnical) can perform this analysis.  Licensed contractors (general or engineering) of ANY classification CANNOT comment on the structural integrity of a building, retaining wall or soil stability.
